The Rose Home is a place of hope and healing. Our program serves up to ten residents. In order to achieve the greatest good, we are selective in the women we admit, and our application process is designed to align with our program structure.

We seek women who have a genuine desire for change and are willing to work hard toward recovery through a Christian-based five-level program. Candidates must be physically, mentally, and emotionally stable at the time of admission.

To apply, you must complete an application. Applications may be obtained in the following ways:
• Call The Rose Home staff to request that an application be faxed or mailed to you.
• Request an application by email through the contact form under the “Contact Us” tab on our website.

We also request a detailed letter describing yourself, your history, and your desire for treatment. Please include a reliable phone number where you can be reached or a message number.

Completed applications and letters may be returned by mail or email. Once received, the director will review your information and contact you to schedule an interview and tour of the home. Please note that the application process may take a week or longer.

If our beds are full, applicants may be placed on a waiting list. Admission decisions are made on an equal opportunity basis, and no referral source is given priority.
